Sundae (순대)

순대 (sundae) in Korea spells out also like sundae as dessert are totally different food . This time, sundae is a street food that is common in Korea which worth around 3,000 won. It is a  blood sausage which contains pig intestines that stuffed with cellophane noodles, barley and pork blood. They could also served a few slices of liver (건 gan) or innards (내장 naejang) depending on customer’s choice. Sundae is steamed and seasoned slightly with salt.  If you’re adventurous and really like exotic taste, then give sundae a try!
