Sundae (순대)

순대 (sundae) in Korea spells out also like sundae as dessert are totally different food . This time, sundae is a street food that is common in Korea which worth around 3,000 won. It is a  blood sausage which contains pig intestines that stuffed with cellophane noodles, barley and pork blood. They could also served a few slices of liver ( gan) or innards (내장 naejang) depending on customer’s choice. Sundae is steamed and seasoned slightly with salt.  If you’re adventurous and really like exotic taste, then give sundae a try!
